Lance’s dedication to Rogers Electric and hard work does not go unnoticed as he consistently puts in the work to be successful. For this week’s Thankful Thursday, Lances’ Manager has dedicated his spotlight to highlighting one specific Rogers Core Values that Lance embodies: Driven. Here’s what Lance’s service Manager, Joe Ervin, had to say about his exceeding work with Rogers.
“Lance has stepped up his game and has been doing great things. He never complains, just does the work assigned to him, quickly and efficiently.”
“He has often worked weekends and has traveled for us whenever needed. He communicates and does it well. He is our only tech in Iowa and holds down his coverage for us.”
